INQR-9336 has been with her current firm for almost 5 years and has worked her way up to a Senior Manager position, looking after 12 Account Managers/Customer Success reports who have joint responsibilities within those verticals.

She has a high emotional intelligence, is very switched on and personable and would be a very valuable asset for any business, looking to bring on a senior level candidate to head up a Customer Success/Account Management function.

• Initially with her current company, 9336 was focused on managing a book of high value enterprise customers with a focus on expanding their usage across the business, upsells & cross-sells. She was working with 2 enterprise development representatives who were essentially SDRs within Customer Success, teeing up meetings for her to expand the usage of the companies product within existing clients.
• In her management role for the last 2 and a half years, she has led, managed, motivated and recruited within both Customer Success and Account Management.
• On top of this she's been the point of escalation in the team and worked with key accounts.
• She has learnt a huge amount in her time at her current high growth SaaS firm and has seen them grow in the West from 70 employees to 300.
• She has been instrumental in both creating and building out scalable processes.
